Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Minimum diploma literacy Score higher than 19 on a depression and anxiety test Not having undergone psychotherapy in the past six months Age range between 18 and 40

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of personality disorders The presence of a physical illness that is causing symptoms of depression or anxiety

Childbirth self-efficacy. Timepoint: Pre-test (time zero): Before the start of the intervention for both groups Post-test (time one): Immediately after completing eight intervention sessions (for the experimental group) and within the same time period for the control group. Method of measurement: Childbirth Self-Efficacy Questionnaire (CBSEI).
