Intervention 1: Intervention group: Taking N-acetylcysteine ??supplements (manufactured by Hakim Pharmaceutical Company, licensed by the Food and Drug Administration
in the form of effervescent tablets, 1800 mg (three 600 mg tablets) with a glass of water 45 minutes before the start of the Wingate test) and then performing a standard 30-second Wingate test. Interv

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female students majoring in Physical Education and Sports Sciences, third semester or higher Not taking any sports supplements for two months prior to the start of the study. Age range 18 to 30 years Body mass index (BMI) 18.5 to 24.9 kilograms per square of height in meters

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from various cardiovascular, pulmonary, and metabolic diseases History of seizures, epilepsy, or other types of neurological diseases Tobacco and alcohol use Pregnancy or breastfeeding

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Anaerobic performance. Timepoint: 45 minutes after taking N-acetylcysteine ??or placebo supplements, during and after a 30-second Wingate test. Method of measurement: Using the standard 30-second Wingate lower body test.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Pain index. Timepoint: One minute after performing anaerobic activity. Method of measurement: Visual analog scale 0_10.;Anxiety. Timepoint: Five minutes after performing anaerobic activity. Method of measurement: Adjective-mood questionnaire.
