Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Obtaining a depression score of at least 10 and above Not having other psychiatric disorders requiring pharmacotherapy Having consent from school authorities and the student's family for participation in the research project

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a history of antidepressant use Having a history of treatment with cognitive behavioral therapy sessions

Emotional stability. Timepoint: Measurements will be conducted at pre-test, post-test, and three-month follow-up after the post-test. Method of measurement: Rammstedt Emotional Stability Scale (2005).;Improvement of academic performance. Timepoint: Measurements will be conducted at pre-test, post-test, and three-month follow-up after the post-test. Method of measurement: Holmes Academic Performance Questionnaire (HAPQ).;Depression. Timepoint: Measurements will be conducted at pre-test, post-test, and three-month follow-up after the post-test. Method of measurement: Beck Depression Inventory (BDI).
