Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Community Health Workers Employed in the Talesh Health Network Living in Talesh County Having at least 3 years of work experience as a Community Health Worker Acquisition of informed consent from the Community Health Worker to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness or withdrawal of the Community Health Worker from study participation Change of Residence Failure to complete the questionnaire

MeasureTime frame
Increasing the mental health of employees. Timepoint: Measurement of the mean job satisfaction score at baseline, immediately post-intervention, and three months post-intervention. Method of measurement: Spector Job Satisfaction Questionnaire.;A 9 to 10-point increase in the total job satisfaction score was observed in the intervention group compared to the control group. Timepoint: Measurement of the mean job satisfaction score at baseline, immediately post-intervention, and three months post-intervention.
