Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Bachelor's degree in nursing At least six months of experience in the intensive care unit Resilience score of less than 75 on the Connor Davidson Tool Access to a smartphone or computer to participate in online telephone sessions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue participating in the study Changing employment or leaving a job

Feeling of job control. Timepoint: Before, immediately and two weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: Locus of Control in the Workplace Questionnaire.

Hope. Timepoint: Before, immediately and 2 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: Herth 12-question index questionnaire.
