Inclusion criteria: Female soccer players aged 13 to 17 Written consent from guardian or parent to participate in the research Healthy player with no reports of pain At least 2 years of experience playing football With dynamic knee valgus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players with a history of injury or illness Goalkeepers
