Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: If receiving medication, the dosage must remain stable Willingness to undergo treatment with an analytic approach No engagement in other psychotherapies during the past month and throughout the treatment period ability to fully attend 24 therapy sessions Patients’ consent and willingness to participate in the study Individuals between 18 and 40 years of age with a clinical diagnosis of PTSD Adequate proficiency in Persian language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Lack of patients consent to initiate or continue treatment Suicidal tendencies Comorbid personality disorder

| Severity of post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms. Timepoint: Measurement at baseline before intervention using a structured clinical interview, and repeated weekly measurements during the intervention phase and during the four-week follow-up period using a self-report questionnair. Method of measurement: At baseline, post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms are assessed using the Clinician-Administered Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Scale for DSM-5 as a structured diagnostic interview. During the intervention and follow-up phases, symptom severity is measured repeatedly using the Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Checklist for DSM-5 self-report questionnaire.;Level of functional impairment related to post-traumatic stress disorder. Timepoint: Measurement at baseline before intervention, weekly during the intervention phase, and weekly during the four-week follow-up period. Method of measurement: Sheehan Disability Scale completed by the participant.;Severity of depressive symptoms. Timepoint: Measurement at baseline before intervention, weekly during the intervention phase, and weekly during the follow-up period. Method of measurement: Beck Depression Inventory Second Edition self-report questionnaire.;Severity of anxiety symptoms.
