Intervention 1: Group 1 is treated with 25 mg of Eplerenone daily. Intervention 2: Group 2 is treated with 10 mg of Enalapril daily. Intervention 3: Group 3 is treated with a combination therapy of 10

Inclusion criteria: 1. UACR =30 mg/g2. HbA1c =8.5%3. DBP 70 ml/min

MeasureTime frame
Estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR). Timepoint: "Before the intervention and 6 months after the start of the intervention". Method of measurement: eGFR will be calculated using the CKD-EPI or MDRD formula.
