Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmation of flat feet by an orthopedic specialist for children under 15 years of age Willingness to participate in the study and undergo surgery using the subtalar screw-arthroereisis method Availability for follow-up evaluations for at least one year after surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with plantar fractures Children with rheumatoid arthritis Children who have had previous foot surgery Children with multiple surgeries on the foot and ankle area

MeasureTime frame
Correction of flat feet. Timepoint: In the Hub period, 1.5, 3, 6, and 12 months after surgery. Method of measurement: Radiological and clinical findings.
