Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Nurses working at Shahid Dr. Beheshti Hospital in Abadan Having a specified age in the sample size (25 to 45 years old) Informed consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having any significant psychological illness (such as personality disorder, major depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, etc.) Having any hormonal disorders such as hypothyroidism

| Anxiety. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and about two months after the intervention, i.e. after the intervention was completed. Method of measurement: The Beck Anxiety Inventory is a self-report questionnaire designed to measure the severity of anxiety in adolescents and adults. This questionnaire is a 21-item scale in which the subject selects one of four options in each item that indicates the severity of anxiety.;Resilience. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and about two months after the intervention, i.e. after the intervention was completed. Method of measurement: This scale has 25 questions and was developed by Connor and Davidson to measure the ability to cope with pressure and threat. For each question, a 5-option rating range is considered: completely true, rarely true, sometimes true, often true, and always true.;Rumination. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and about two months after the intervention, i.e. after the intervention was completed. Method of measurement: This questionnaire was designed and developed by Hoeksma and Maru to measure rumination. This questionnaire has 22 questions and is based on a four-point Likert scale. | — |
