20 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: No history of participating in chemotherapy training courses within the past six months Being literate Not taking anti-anxiety and anti-depressant medications Having one of the digestive cancers as diagnosed by the treating physician and recorded in the patient's medical record
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Incomplete participation (more than 1 absent session) in educational classes, occurrence of any type of severe anxiety-provoking event, including the death of a first-degree relative, accident, experience of violence during the study
