Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses working in hospitals, aged 20–60 years. No chronic diseases or serious physical limitations. Written informed consent and willingness to participate in the study. Full completion of the Nursing Care Quality Questionnaire. Full completion of the Jefferson Empathy Scale for Nurses.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from an acute illness or limiting physical or mental conditions. Concurrent participation in similar psychological training programs

MeasureTime frame
Nurses’ quality of care. Timepoint: The quality of care will be measured at two time points: before the start of the intervention (pre-test) and after the completion of the compassion training sessions (post-test). Method of measurement: Nurses' quality of care will be measured using the Quality of Patient Care Questionnaire (65 items).;Nurses’ empathy. Timepoint: Nurses' empathy will be measured at two time points: once before the intervention begins (pre-test) and once after the completion of the compassion training sessions (post-test). Method of measurement: Nurses' empathy will be measured using the Jefferson Empathy Questionnaire for Nurses (20 items).
