Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Definite diagnosis of systemic sclerosis (scleroderma) confirmed by a specialist Presence of pitting ulcers on both hands No history of allergy or hypersensitivity to silver spray Having written informed consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Whitout history of sympathectomy Development of allergic reaction or irritation following the use of silver spray Occurrence of necrotic tissue formation accompanied by discharge Death of the participant due to any cause before completion of the follow-up period Undergoing surgical intervention during the study period

Timepoint: The number of pitting ulcers on both hands of the patients at the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and three months after the intervention. Method of measurement: The number of pitting (pinpoint) scars in scleroderma is recorded through a careful clinical examination of the hands and fingers and by counting the clearly visible lesions. | — |
