Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with beta-thalassemia major referred to Baqaei 2 hospital Aged between 10 and 40 years, who have provided written informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of medications affecting inflammation or iron metabolism that cannot be controlled Presence of severe underlying diseases (such as advanced heart or liver failure) Hypersensitivity to resveratrol or related substances

MeasureTime frame
Changes in inflammatory markers in patients with beta-thalassemia major. Timepoint: Sample collection and measurement at baseline (before the intervention) and after 6 weeks. Method of measurement: Measurement of inflammatory markers using standard laboratory methods including erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein.;Changes in iron-overload markers in patients with beta-thalassemia major. Timepoint: Sample collection and measurement at baseline (before the intervention) and after 6 weeks. Method of measurement: Measurement of iron-overload markers using standard laboratory methods including serum ferritin and transferrin saturation.
