Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having a confirmed diagnosis of type 2 diabetes based on medical records or the opinion of the treating physician. Presence of at least one chronic complication related to diabetes (such as neuropathy, nephropathy, retinopathy, diabetic foot ulcer, diabetes-related cardiovascular disease, or similar conditions). Ability to understand and respond to questionnaires. Willingness and ability to participate in therapy sessions and in pre-test and post-test assessments.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of a substance use disorder within the past six months, based on clinical interview or medical record information. Having an acute or progressive physical illness at the time of screening. Age under 35 years.
