Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students of Islamic Azad University Subject's consent to participate in the research Subject's failure to participate in other educational or therapeutic interventions concurrently

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having visual impairment or hearing impairment or having any hormonal disorders such as: hypothyroidism The presence of severe concurrent psychiatric disorders (such as active psychosis) that prevent understanding or participation in the therapeutic intervention.

MeasureTime frame
Psychological distress. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and about two months after the intervention, i.e. after the intervention was completed. Method of measurement: The scores obtained by the individual from the Kessler et al. (2002) Psychological Distress Questionnaire, structured clinical interview, standardized psychological tests.;Cognitive distortions. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and about two months after the intervention, i.e. after the intervention was completed. Method of measurement: The scores obtained by the individual from the Cognitive Distortions Questionnaire by Hamci and Buyuk Orturk (2004), structured clinical interview, standard psychological tests.
