Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 60 years or older Having at least one chronic disease Ability to communicate verbally Taking 5 to 12 medications daily Self-administration of medications based on self-report Owning a smartphone Having at least basic Persian reading literacy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a cognitive impairment identified based on self-report Having severe visual impairment or being blind

MeasureTime frame
The self-efficacy in medication use score is measured using the standardized Self-Efficacy for Appropriate Medication Use Scale (SEAMS) questionnaire. Timepoint: The self-efficacy in medication use will be measured at the study’s outset (before intervention) and after 8 weeks. Method of measurement: Self-efficacy for Appropriate Medication Use Scale (SEAMS).
