Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with bilateral lumbar spinal stenosis with unilateral clinical symptoms
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Use of conservative treatments for at least six weeks Visual analog scale score above 7 before surgery Any previous back surgery Anemia Rheumatoid arthritis Osteoporosis High blood pressure Uncontrolled diabetes Presence of any active infection in the body Taking anticoagulant medications Taking medications that affect wound healing Long-term use of opiates, cigarettes, and other narcotic drugs before surgery
