Inclusion criteria: Not attending educational classes concurrent with this study's training sessions Informed consent of the participant to participate in the research Absence of any specific physical or psychological illness affecting the treatment process

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Has used psychiatric medications Has used drugs or alcohol Does not have the willingness to participate in the study

Cognitive Emotion Regulation. Timepoint: Measurements will be conducted at pre-test, post-test, and three-month follow-up after the post-test. Method of measurement: Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (CERQ) by Garnefski et al. (2006).;Hypochondriasis. Timepoint: Measurements will be conducted at pre-test, post-test, and three-month follow-up after the post-test. Method of measurement: Evans Standard Hypochondriasis Questionnaire (1980).;Sleep Quality. Timepoint: Measurements will be conducted at pre-test, post-test, and three-month follow-up after the post-test. Method of measurement: Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) (1989).
