Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women and men, age range between 25-40 years Has a BMI range of 18-25 Having at least two to four years of experience in endurance training Training distance: 30-50 km per week Has increased foot pronation while walking Minimum pain 4-6 on the VAS scale (mild to moderate pain) Pain along the posterior-medial edge of the tibia, the area of pain during palpation should be at least more than 5 cm.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: No history of paresthesia or other symptoms indicating leg pain. No depression; or taking psychotropic, antiarrhythmic, or hypnotic medications No history of cardiovascular problems, respiratory diseases, or lower limb fractures in the past two years, chronic blood pressure, or neuromuscular diseases.
