Intervention 1: Intervention group: the group that receives short foot exercises. The training interventions of the present protocol for the experimental group are performed daily at home for 4 weeks,

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women and men, age range between 25-40 years Has a BMI range of 18-25 Having at least two to four years of experience in endurance training Training distance: 30-50 km per week Has increased foot pronation while walking Minimum pain 4-6 on the VAS scale (mild to moderate pain) Pain along the posterior-medial edge of the tibia, the area of pain during palpation should be at least more than 5 cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No history of paresthesia or other symptoms indicating leg pain. No depression; or taking psychotropic, antiarrhythmic, or hypnotic medications No history of cardiovascular problems, respiratory diseases, or lower limb fractures in the past two years, chronic blood pressure, or neuromuscular diseases.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pain intensity. Timepoint: outcome assessments will be conducted at baseline and after the completion of the 4- weeks intervention period. Method of measurement: pain intensity will be measured using the Visual Analogue Scale.;Pressure distribution. Timepoint: outcome assessments will be conducted at baseline and after the completion of the 4- weeks intervention period. Method of measurement: A foot pressure device will be used to record plantar pressure distribution.;Range of motion. Timepoint: outcome assessments will be conducted at baseline and after the completion of the 4- weeks intervention period. Method of measurement: To measure the active range of motion in the ankle joint during plantarflexion and dorsiflexion movement patterns, the MobiMed device will be used.

MeasureTime frame
Proprioception. Timepoint: outcome assessments will be conducted at baseline and after the completion of the 4- weeks intervention period. Method of measurement: Proprioception using an isokinetic device.;The Y Balance Test. Timepoint: outcome assessments will be conducted at baseline and after the completion of the 4- weeks intervention period. Method of measurement: The Y Balance Test will be used to measure dynamic balance.
