Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Men with age of: 25-65 Patients diagnosed with NOA who have experienced at least one unsuccessful mdTESE procedure
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: obstructive azoospermia genital tract abnormalities chronic diseases (e.g., cancer, hepatitis, autoimmune diseases) infections chromosomal disorders such as Klinefelter syndrome, microdeletions of Y chromosome physical or mental disabilities testicular sperm aspiration previous classic TESE procedures
