Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: known case of heart failure ICD implantation 3 month before clinical trial Having informed consent to enter the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: NYHA class 4 CKD : GFR 3ULN) BMI = 18.5 kg/m2 use of warfarin, lithium, chemotherapy drugs pregnancy The following events occurred within 3 months prior to the start of participation in the plan: change in antiarrhythmic medication, catheter ablation for ventricular arrhythmias, coronary revascularization, open heart surgery, progression of coronary artery disease, stroke or transient ischemic attack, seizure, infection requiring hospitalization, heart failure requiring hospitalization Other underlying conditions and diseases include various infections, major surgeries, type 1 diabetes, pituitary or adrenal insufficiency, malnutrition, drug or alcohol abuse or dependence, gastrointestinal diseases, and cancer. ICDs that do not have the ability to store cardiac arrhythmias
