Intervention 1: Intervention group: White Mosoli capsules, each capsule containing 500 mg of white Mosoli, one capsule daily (after breakfast), for 8 weeks. Intervention 2: Control group: Placebo caps

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Iranian nationality Literate (able to read and write) Age 45–60 years At least 12 months passed since last menstruation Living with spouse and having sexual activity in the past 6 months No use of hormonal therapy or phytoestrogen in the last 3 months Willingness to participate and sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known severe psychiatric disorder Serious chronic diseases (cancer, cardiovascular disease, liver or kidney failure) Allergy to herbal medicines Use of any medication affecting sexual function Unwillingness to continue participation

Sexual function. Timepoint: Before the intervention, week 4 of the intervention, immediately after the end of the intervention (week 8).
