Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with erectile dysfunction between the ages of 20 and 50 years Failure to respond to treatment with phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitors(PDE5Is)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Peyronie's disease Patients taking psychotropic drugs and psychiatric medications Patients with a history of trauma to the penis Patients with a history of prostate surgery Patients with uncontrolled blood sugar and HBA1C above 7 Patients with sickle cell anemia Patients with smoking Patients with active, acute infection and testosterone dysfunction Patients with severe lipid profile disorders

MeasureTime frame
Erection rate. Timepoint: All patients will be assessed using the IIEF-5 questionnaire at baseline, 4, 8, and 12 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF) questionnaire.
