Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 70 years who are candidates for elective upper limb surgery Absence of neurological or neuromuscular diseases, coagulation disorders, morbid obesity, septicemia, and local infection at the site of the block No known allergies to ropivacaine, magnesium sulfate, and dexmedetomidine.
