Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Definitive diagnosis of type 2 or non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus No history of mental disorders Adequate physical condition to participate in training sessions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient discharge or death Withdrawal from continuing the study Change in the course of the disease
