18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Definite diagnosis and confirmation by a cardiologist and fluid restriction The patient is in functional class III or IV according to the New York Heart Association classification Full consciousness and no dependence on a ventilator 18-75 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient discharge or death Withdrawal from the study Conceiving a cold or other febrile or serious illness during the study Having acute oral and dental problems during study
