Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Axial back pain moderate to sever ( VAS > 5 ) Axial back pain for more than 6 months Over 18 years of age Failure to respond to drug treatment and physiotherapy Patients who are candidates for diagnostic Facet block

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of various analgesics during treatment and during the follow-up period History of orthopedic surgical interventions in the lumbar region History of trauma to the spine, pelvis, or lower extremities Unwillingness to continue the study or follow-up History of psychological illnesses History of opium use History of chronic diseases (heart, liver, kidney, cancer) Pregnant or breastfeeding
