Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Iranian nationality Ability to read and write Gestational age 18 to 20 weeks First or second pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Missing more than one counseling session Occurrence of any psychiatric illness during the study Receiving antidepressants during the study Mother's lack of cooperation in completing assignments during counseling sessions • Miscarriage, stillbirth, or premature birth Divorce and separation during the study Day of illness and accident during study
