Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Level of Functional Impairment: Score below 50% on the Global Assessment of Functioning (GAF) test.Education Having an elementary level of education or higher Sufficient physical health to allow participation in educations Obtaining consent from the patient’s caregiver or spouse to participate in the study No chronic psychological disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, or psychosis No substance abuse or drug addiction Between 25 and 55 years old Caregivers of patients whose Parkinson’s disease diagnosis is confirmed by a neurologist will be included in the study Having access to the Internet and the ability to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having active severe psychiatric disorders such as major depression, bipolar disorder, or psychosis Concurrent similar or overlapping psychological treatment Lack of access or technical inability to participate in online sessions Inability to understand the language or content Unwillingness or inability to complete questionnaires and assessments
