Inclusion criteria: Double open fracture of the forearm Non-reducible fracture Unstable fracture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fracture accompanied by infection Cancer patients Patients with coagulation system defects Patients with cardiovascular dysfunction Patients with diabetes Patients with renal dysfunction

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Union time. Timepoint: one, two, three, and four months after surgery. Method of measurement: Clinical examination by an orthopedic specialist and X-ray of the forearm.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Joint range of motion. Timepoint: One, two, three, and four months after surgery. Method of measurement: Clinical examination by an orthopedic specialist.
