Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The baby has a gestational age of 32 to 37 weeks. APGAR score greater than 5 at birth. The baby does not have any craniofacial abnormalities. Feeding has begun via gastric tube( NGT or OGT). Be physiologically stable. Having a speech therapy consultation order from a specialist doctor Not connected to a ventilator or Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The newborn should not have asphyxia, respiratory distress , congenital heart and oral anomalies , genetic syndromes , bronchopulmonary dysplasia , intestinal necrosis , grade 3 intraventricular hemorrhage , neuropathy, or sepsis infection. MeasureTime frame
Volume of milk received per meal. Timepoint: The first day before the start of the intervention, the third and seventh days after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: SyringeIn this study, 1 cc insulin syringes will be used to accurately measure the volume of milk consumed by premature infants. These syringes are made of first-grade medical polypropylene and are completely sterile. They have precise graduations up to 0.01 cc (equivalent to one unit of insulin) and have a smooth-moving piston and minimal friction to allow accurate measurement of small volumes of water. The body of the syringe is completely transparent and graduated to allow accurate reading of the liquid volume easily. This syringe is disposable and has the approval of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education of Iran. Before each use, its health and the absence of defects in its calibration will be ensured. The use of this syringe, due to its high accuracy in measuring small volumes, allows for accurate recording of the amount of milk consumed by infants.;Time to reach one oral feeding per day. Timepoint: daily. Method of measurement: Calculating the infant's age when the infant reaches one oral feedings per 24-hour period.;Time to reach four oral feedings per day. Timepoint: daily. Method of measurement: Calculating the infant's age when the infant reaches four oral feedings per 24-hour period.;Time to reach full oral feeding or eight oral feedings per day. Timepoint: daily. Method of measurement: Calculating the infant's age when the infant reaches eight oral feedings per 24-hour period.;Feeding duration.
