Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 25 and 90 years At least a high school diploma Access to a smartphone and the ability to use it Diagnosis of chronic pain by a specialist within the past 6 months Written informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1) Presence of a serious mental disorder, and 2) Severe physical illnesses such as cancer, 3) Use of psychoactive medications, 4) Participation in a similar treatment within the past 6 months.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Perceived pain intensity. Timepoint: before the intervention (baseline), immediately after the intervention (post-intervention), and one month after the intervention (follow-up). Method of measurement: Visual Analog Scale (VAS).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Pain Catastrophizing. Timepoint: before the intervention (baseline), immediately after the intervention (post-intervention), and one month after the intervention (follow-up). Method of measurement: the Pain Catastrophizing Scale (PCS).;Self-awareness.
