Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women aged 18 to 45 Diagnosis of symptomatic intramural uterine fibroids with a size greater than 5 cm and 1-3 in number Uterine size 14-16 weeks
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with known bleeding disorders People who are on anticoagulant therapy Patients with liver disease, cardiomyopathy, congestive heart failure, ischemic heart disease, hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes, recent vascular thrombosis, gynecological malignancy Previous treatment with Gonadotropin-releasing hormone Hemoglobin below 10 Lactating women Patients with a history of allergic reactions to oxytocin or other contraindications to its use Patients with a BMI greater than 35 kg/m2 Patients with multiple large myomas, which can significantly alter the standard abdominal myomectomy procedure.
