40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Heart failure must have been diagnosed for at least the past three months Patients should be classified as NYHA Class II or III heart failure Age between 40 and 75 years Clinically stable condition Access to video communication tools at home

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hospitalization due to heart failure within the past six months History of heart valve surgery (repair or replacement) within the past six months Presence of conditions such as myocardial infarction, unstable angina, recent embolism, acute myocarditis or pericarditis, or life-threatening cardiac arrhythmias within the past three months Uncontrolled diabetes Severe pulmonary disease (forced vital capacity less than 50% of predicted on spirometry) Febrile systemic illness Any limitation to performing exercise, including severe musculoskeletal problems or advanced valvular heart disease History of psychiatric disorders and use of related medications Unstable vital signs (symptomatic orthostatic hypotension with a drop in systolic BP >10 mmHg, blood pressure >160/110 mmHg or 100 bpm) Participation in traditional physical activities such as Tai Chi or Yoga within the past three months Neurological, auditory, cognitive, or visual impairments Residence more than 60 minutes away from the hospital

MeasureTime frame
Sleep Quality Score in the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, Anxiety and Depression Scores in the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS). Timepoint: At the beginning of the study, then one month after the end of the intervention, and finally at the end of the study. Method of measurement: Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, Hospital Anxiety And Depression Scale.
