Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. People with COPD . Age range between 45 and 70 years The presence of clinical manifestations such as dyspnea, cough, and inability to perform daily activities will be considered. Diagnosis of these patients for study enrollment will be confirmed with the assistance of a pulmonology specialist.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People who smoke Individuals with pulmonary diseases such as active asthma or lung cancer. Any clinical condition that limits the patient’s ability to continue physical exercise, such as uncontrolled cardiac arrhythmia. Non-compliance of patients throughout the study duration. Individuals with renal, gastrointestinal, or cardiac diseases (including myocardial infarction, myocardial ischemia, and cardiac arrhythmia), musculoskeletal disorders, chronic liver diseases, and central nervous system disorders will be excluded.
