Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aging between 18 and 65 years old primary rhinoplasty open rhinoplasty Procedure informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: extremely deviated nose markedly thick skin systemic or congenital disease

Measure	Time frame
Nasal appearance score. Timepoint: Measurements and assessment of the nasal appearance will be performed before rhinoplasty, one month after, and six months after rhinoplasty. Method of measurement: All patients will be evaluated before surgery, after surgery, at one month and six months, which will include standard photographs, evaluation of the results using SCHNOS and VAS criteria, and in addition to the surgeon, the photographs will be evaluated by two surgeons who are unaware of the surgical technique .	—

Nasal appearance score. Timepoint: Measurements and assessment of the nasal appearance will be performed before rhinoplasty, one month after, and six months after rhinoplasty. Method of measurement: Measuring the difference in tip and supertip height in standard lateral view photographs in millimeters.;Supratip edema. Timepoint: one and six months after surgery. Method of measurement: The size of the line perpendicular to the line drawn from the radix to the tip in standard lateral photography in millimeters.;Need for subcutaneous corticosteroid injections to reduce inflammation during postoperative period. Timepoint: one month and six month after surgery. Method of measurement: Clinical judgment of the surgeon assessing patients for the need for corticosteroid injections, recorded in the patient's clinical record.	—
