Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Elderly people with Mild Cognitive Impairment over 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of regular exercise in the past year Individuals with medical conditions or disorders that may affect participation in exercise programs and assessment tests, including significant visual or hearing impairments, cardiopulmonary diseases, and psychiatric disorders

MeasureTime frame
Global Cognition. Timepoint: Cognitive function will be assessed one week before the start of the program and at the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Global cognition will be assessed using the Mini Mental State Examination and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment.;Memory. Timepoint: Memory will be assessed one week before the start of the program and at the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Memory will be assessed using the Ray Auditory-Verbal Learning Test and the Digit Span Test.;Executive function. Timepoint: Executive function will be assessed one week before the start of the program and at the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Executive function will be measured using the Frontal Assessment Battery (FAB).;Attention. Timepoint: Attention will be assessed one week before the start of the program and at the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Attention will be assessed using the Trail Making Test (Part A).;Physical performance. Timepoint: Physical performance will be assessed one week before the start of the program and at the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Physical performance will be measured using the Short Physical Performance Battery and the Timed Up and Go.;Balance. Timepoint: Balance will be assessed one week before the start of the program and at the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Balance will be assessed using the Berg Balance Scale.
