18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 18 to 60 years patients without the history of low back pain Patients who did not receive medical intervention for low back pain 1 month prior to study commencement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with sequestrated or extruded disc herniation, spinal canal stenosis, radiculopathy, avascular necrosis of the hip joint, spinal malignancies, or inflammatory arthritis. Previous spinal surgery pregnancy During the study, patients who do not perform the exercises regularly or receive any new medication or intervention will be excluded from the study.
