Inclusion criteria: All elderly residents in nursing homes who are eligible for training At least 60 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A diagnosis of a mental illness Major speech or hearing impairments Bereavement within the last six months Inability to attend multiple intervention sessions

Quality of life, general health. Timepoint: This is a clinical trial study with two intervention and control groups. The questionnaires of adjustment, quality of life and general health were completed by all samples before the intervention. To measure the degree of adjustment of the four dimensions of the model, the adjustment questionnaire prepared by Ali Mohammadi et al. (2015) was used. Using the adjustment questionnaire and the patients' responses to the items, the number of maladaptive behaviors and their triggers in the four dimensions were determined. Method of measurement: This is a clinical trial study with two intervention and control groups. The questionnaires of adjustment, quality of life and general health were completed by all samples before the intervention.
