Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Currently employed in shift work or in an occupation requiring extended shift durations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Is receiving any pharmacological treatment or other psychological interventions. have any physical illnesses or psychological disorders that may affect the study variables.

Method of measurement: Diener Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS).;Sleep quality in the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and after the completion of the intervention. Method of measurement: Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI).;Situational Work Awareness in the Sandon Index.
