Intervention group: Two areas of burn on one limb of a person's body, with cortisone injected in one area and autologous fat injected in the other.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: People with burn scars in various areas of the body People with deep and superficial second and third degree burns Patients with at least two burn scars on one limb
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with underlying diseases such as high blood pressure or heart disease Diabetic patients
