Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Willing to participate in the study. Be able to speak, read, and write in Persian. Approved by the surgeon. Be the primary caregiver (family member) of the transplant recipient. Have no chronic mental or physical illnesses, cognitive disorders, or hearing and vision impairments, based on self-report. Not using drugs or psychotropic substances. Not be a member of the medical team. Have access to communication devices capable of installing social media, such as mobile phones, personal computers, or tablets, for the patient’s primary caregiver. Not have participated in other similar studies.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Change of the primary caregiver (family member) of the liver transplant recipient Death of the liver transplant recipient Absence from two or more sessions Failure to respond to weekly phone calls Diagnosis of any serious physical or mental illness during the study Occurrence of any severe physical or emotional incident
