| Depression. Timepoint: At two stages: pre-test and before the CBT intervention, and post-test after the end of the CBT sessions. Method of measurement: Beck Depression Inventory includes 21 questions.;Self-confidence. Timepoint: Before starting the CBT cognitive behavioral therapy intervention, subjects completed the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RESE). After the test, the same scale was completed again by the same subjects immediately after the intervention period. Method of measurement: Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES).;Emotional stability.
