Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female high school students in grades 10 to 12 (second level of secondary education) Age between 15 and 18 years Presence of non-suicidal self-injury behaviors as indicated by the ISAS questionnaire Willingness to participate in the study voluntarily Written informed consent from parents or legal guardians (for minors) Ability to attend therapy sessions regularly
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Concurrent use of psychiatric medications at the time of study entry Presence of severe psychiatric disorders (e.g., psychosis or bipolar disorder) based on records or initial screening Ongoing participation in other psychological treatments or counseling sessions during the study period
