Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women aged between 20 and 50 years willing to do meditation Commitment to attending therapy sessions Complete completion of the questionnaire questions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Absence of more than two sessions failure to complete assignments lack of satisfaction and willingness of the subject to participate in the study
