Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having problems in the areas of morality, cognitive-emotional regulation, or spiritual health according to the initial assessment of questionnaires Studying at the second secondary high school in Shadegan city They are willing to participate in the research and have completed the research-related questionnaires.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Absence of more than two training sessions. Being non-Muslim Having neuropsychological problems or sensory-motor disorders. Failure to cooperate in completing meeting assignments.
