Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Education: Having at least a primary education level or higher. Physical Health: Having a sufficient level of physical health that allows the participant to attend educational sessions. Consent to Participate: Obtaining consent from the caregiver or the patient's spouse to participate in the study. Age Range: Between 25 and 55 years old. Psychological Status: No history of chronic psychological disorders such as major depression or bipolar disorder. Substance Use: No history of substance abuse. Alzheimer’s Diagnosis Confirmation: Caregivers of patients who have received a confirmed diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease based on DSM-5 criteria through MMSE screening and a neurologist's evaluation. Internet Access: Having access to the internet and the ability to participate in online sessions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of Psychiatric or Psychological Services: Use of any psychiatric or psychological services or taking psychiatric medications. Absenteeism: Being absent from more than 3 educational sessions.

Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale (DERS). Timepoint: Before the intervention, After the intervention, Two months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Self-report questionnaire consisting of six subscales, scored using a Likert scale.;Acceptance and action questionnaire. Timepoint: Before the intervention, After the intervention, Two months after the intervention. Method of measurement: 12-item questionnaire based on a 7-point Likert scale.;WHO Quality of Life (WHOQOL) questionnaire. Timepoint: Before the intervention, After the intervention, Two months after the intervention. Method of measurement: It includes four core domains—physical, psychological, social, and environmental—with confirmed reliability and validity.
