Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 30 years Diagnosis of flexible flat feet by an orthopedist or physiotherapist Absence of chronic musculoskeletal diseases or severe congenital abnormalities in the lower extremities No previous use of medical insoles to treat flat feet

MeasureTime frame
Shifting the center of pressure of the foot, the degree of pain improvement, the distribution of foot pressure between the two feet, the degree of improvement based on the balance of foot pressure between the two feet. Timepoint: 3 month. Method of measurement: Specialist examination and foot scan.
