Intervention group: Children undergoing bone marrow biopsy with hematological and oncological diseases hospitalized in Qom Province Pediatric Hospital.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children who are candidates for bone marrow biopsy Absence of congenital heart and respiratory disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with congenital cardio-respiratory diseases Clinical signs of productive cough Fever Wheezing or crackles in the lungs Parental disapproval

MeasureTime frame
Sedation level. Timepoint: 2, 5, 10, 15 minutes after administering the medications and after the procedure. Method of measurement: Ramsay and Rass Sedation Criteria.
